Introduction

Group Package 1 websites contain a mix of default verbiage and imagery, with your group's details. This is managed for you by Scouts Online. There is no ability change the settings.

If you'd like to upgrade to a higher package level, please contact us.

Your website package doesn't include this module. If you'd like to upgrade to a higher package level, please contact us.

The Roll of Honour module displays a list of volunteers who have been recognised with awards.

The module is available on Roll of Honour pages on the About and Members menus. To show the Roll of Honour, add awards to your volunteers in Admin/User Management and switch on a Roll of Honour page in Admin/Page Management

Use Cases

The following panels show specific tasks. Click on a panel to see the procedures.

Add Awards to a User Record

Add Good Service, Gallantry, Meritorious Conduct, Long Service and Other Awards to you volunteer's user records.

To add awards to a user record in Admin/User Management, follow the steps shown here.

Add Roll of Honour Page

Switch on a Roll of Honour page to show your volunteer's awards.

You can switch on a Roll of Honour page to show your volunteer's awards.

To do this, follow these steps:

Login with a Site Admin username and password
Open Admin/Page Management
The Roll of Honour pages are available on the About and Members menus
Open up one of those menus and switch on the page. See here for more details.

Setup Roll of Honour

Setup a Roll of Honour module

You can setup a Roll of Honour module to show selected award types and personalise the name format.

To do this, follow these steps:

Login with a Site Admin username and password
Make sure that the About/Roll Of Honour or Members/Roll Of Honour page is switched on in Admin/Page Management
Open the page
Click the settings below the module and override the default settings (see here)
Tick the Award Types that you want to include
Set the Name Format
The Minimum Rows field allows you to fine tune the rows displayed on the honour board. Depending on the number of awards and awardees to display, the board may show multiple columns. You can increase this field to set the minimum number of rows to display to avoid odd award column splits
Set the Animation Fields as required
Click to keep your changes or to abandon your changes
